4 DON'Ts if you want to be a winner...

Dear...

Four DON'Ts to become a winner:

Becoming a winner is as much knowing what you need to do as understanding what you should not do.

1. Don't rely on talent alone. If you have the talent for something than that is a blessing, but talent alone is not enough and relying on just your talent will certainly not be enough to become a winner. You have to take massive action, do you dues, practice, study and prepare.

2. Don't just follow in other winners footsteps. Walk the extra mile and think out of the box. Winners in any sport or discipline are game changers. Study the best, but also look beyond your discipline, see what you can learn from other disciplines or sports. Model success and apply it. Do not only do more than others but do it better, be more efficient and be more effective.

3. Don't do it all by yourself. It is perhaps lonely at the top, but all winners work with and in a team. Learn how to leverage other people strengths and use that to compensate your weaknesses. You will get more results with a team then when doing everything by yourself. Synergy is an unbeatable  concept.

4. Don't give up. Winners don't quit, they learn from their mistakes, they overcome their fears and gain confidence with every step they progress.  They don't stop  when they encounter adversity and don't lose belief in themselves even if others do. Winners have perseverance and act with tenacity. Write those two word in bold letters above your bed if you want to be a winner.
